As per latest ICAR guidelines we are teaching, 13 courses of Dairy Technology having 41 (27+14) credit hours, 15 courses of Dairy Engineering having 38 (23+15) credit hours, 7 courses of Dairy Chemistry having 18 (11+7) credit hours, 6 courses of Dairy Microbiology having 16 (10+6) credit hours and 11 courses of Dairy Business Management having 27 (19+8) credit hours during entire four year degree programme.
